Fruit Smoothie
Fruit Smoothie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium bananas, sliced, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice), undrained, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 c. crushed ice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in container of electric blender.
Process until smooth.
Add yogurt and process until just blended.
Yields 4 cups (142 calories per 1-cup serving). Contains 4 g protein, 1.2 g fat, 31.3 g carbohydrate, 3 mg cholesterol, 41 mg sodium and 118 mg calcium.
