Fruit Salad Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with juice of 1 orange, juice of 1 lemon, juice from other fruits, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place orange and lemon juice in 1 cup measure.
Fill with other fruit juice.
Add sugar.
Beat egg yolks and flour.
Add to ingredients.
Cook in double boiler until thickened.
Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites.
When cool, add cream (whipped).
Serves 12.
