Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. pineapple juice, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 slices pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, pineapple juice, beaten egg yolks, cornstarch and butter in top of double boiler and cook until thick.
Remove from heat and cool.
After it has cooled, pour in drained fruit cocktail, chopped apples, bananas, nuts and pineapple.
