Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 bananas, 2 (3 oz.) boxes vanilla cook and serve pudding, 1 tbsp. orange juice or orange jell-o, 1 can chunk pineapple and 1 can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain juice from pineapple and oranges.
Mix enough water to make 2 cups.
Cook until thick and clear.
Pour over fruit. Mix well.
Keep in the refrigerator overnight.
Add bananas, just before serving.
