Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes americana instant tapioca, 2 small cans mandarin oranges, 1 jar maraschino cherries, 1 large can pineapple tidbits or chunks and 2 or 3 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain fruit.
Add enough water to juice to make 3 cups liquid.
Add tapioca and boil until thick.
Place fruit in 9 x 13-inch pan (glass).
Pour thickened tapioca over fruit.
Let set in refrigerator to cool for 6 hours.
