Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with juice of 1 lemon, juice from no. 2 can pineapple chunks, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and ground rind of 1 orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine the juice of one lemon and the juice from a No. 2 can of pineapple chunks with 3/4 cup of sugar.
Boil together with 3 tablespoons cornstarch until it thickens in a double boiler. Remove from heat; grind the rind of 1 orange.
Cool and add these fruits
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks, 1 (No. 2) can of pears (drained and diced on paper towel), 1 banana (sliced), 1 cup of whole seedless grapes, 1 cup of mandarin orange slices (drained) and 1 cup of nuts.
Chill.
