Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, cut in half, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 small jar maraschino cherries and 2 c. reserved fruit juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain fruit.
Peaches and pineapple. Mix juice, sugar, cornstarch syrup. until clear. Add gelatin to hot mixture.
Cool and pour over fruit. Then add about 4 bananas, cut in fairly large pieces.
