Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, pinch of salt and juice from large can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg in saucepan.
Add other ingredients.
Boil until fairly thick (it will thicken some as it cools). Pour over whatever fruit combination you like.
I use crushed pineapple, miniature marshmallows, pecans, orange sections, bananas, grapes and maraschino cherries.
