Fruit Ripple Cookie Cake

Mix all ingredients.
Spread half of batter to 2/3 of batter on bottom of jelly roll pan.
Top with fruit (I usually use two different kinds like
1/2 cherry and 1/2 apple).
Drizzle rest of batter on top of fruit filling.
Work in with fruit.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
