Fruit Pudding Compote
Fruit Pudding Compote is an easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. cold milk, 1 tbsp. orange juice, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling, 1 c. thawed cool whip and 6 c. fresh fruit (example: melon balls, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, peaches and blueberries), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pour milk and orange juice into bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat slowly on lowest speed for 1 minute.
Add 1 cup Cool Whip and beat 1 minute longer.
Arrange fresh fruit in a large serving bowl. Cover top of bowl with pudding mixture.
Garnish with 2 to 3 strawberries and a large spoonful of pudding mixture.
Must be kept refrigerated until ready to eat.
