Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large sugar cookie dough (for crust), 1/3 c. sugar, assorted fruit (as desired), 1 c. orange juice or apple juice and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pat out cookie dough on pizza pan and bake at 350Β° for about 12 minutes.
Should be done but not crisp.
Let cool.
Combine 1/3 cup sugar, cream cheese (more cream cheese may be used if desired) and vanilla; spread over crust.
Place fruit around until covered.
Fruit may be thinly sliced and placed in circles around top of cream cheese.
Apples, oranges, bananas, kiwi, peaches, pineapple and cherries or combinations can be used.
