Spray pizza pan with Pam.

Slice cookie dough in 1/2-inch slices and place in pan.

Press dough together.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375Β°.

Do not overbake.

Mix cream cheese (room temperature) and powdered sugar, then add thawed Cool Whip.

Spread over cooled baked cookie dough.

Arrange fruit in circles around pizza.

Mix water and preserves and brush over top of fruit; coat fruit well.

May prepare dough and cheese mixture ahead.
