Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, 3 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

For crust, melt butter and mix with crumbs and 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar.
Press onto a pizza pan and put into freezer for 45 minutes.
For glaze, boil orange juice, water, cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar until thick and let cool.
Beat cream cheese and Cool Whip together and spread on crust.
Place strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peaches, kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, raspberries, oranges or whatever you would like on mixture. Spread glaze on top of fruit with pastry brush until all fruit is covered completely.
Cover and refrigerate.
Slice like a pizza.
