Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pizza shell, precooked, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind and assorted fruit of your choice (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, apples, blueberries, peaches, etc., etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake pizza shell for 5 minutes.
Microwave the cream cheese at half power for 1 1/2 minutes, then add the 1/4 cup sugar and lemon rind.
Mix thoroughly and spread on pizza crust.
Arrange the fruit on top of the spread.
Mix the apple juice and cornstarch together and microwave on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until transparent.
Pour this glaze on fruit and serve.
