Fruit Delight Cookies
Spiced drop cookies loaded with chopped dates, candied cherries, candied pineapple, and toasted nuts. A holiday-tin classic with a fruitcake-like richness in cookie form.

Combine fruit and nuts.
Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix part of dry ingredients with the fruit.
Mix other part of dry ingredients with the creamed mixture and then stir in fruit mixture.
Drop with spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375Β°.
