Fruit Crumble
Fruit Crumble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (21 oz.) can cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2/3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats and 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In an 8 x 1 1/2-inch round microwave-safe baking dish, stir together fruit pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon.
In a mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, brown sugar and flour.
Stir in melted margarine until well combined.
Sprinkle oat mixture on top of fruit mixture.
Microwave, uncovered, for 12 to 14 minutes, giving the dish a turn once.
Serve warm.
Top with ice cream.
