Fruit Cocktail Pie
Fruit Cocktail Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. commercially prepared eggnog, 1 envelope knox gelatin, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix Knox gelatin, sugar and salt; gradually stir in eggnog. Warm over low heat until Knox gelatin is dissolved.
Chill until mixture folds well.
Fold in whipped cream, flavoring and 1 1/2 cups fruit cocktail.
Chill again 5 to 10 minutes, until mixture mounds.
Heap into pie shell.
Decorate with remaining fruit cocktail.
Chill 2 to 4 hours.
