Fruit Cocktail Cake
Fruit Cocktail Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 can fruit cocktail and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour, sugar and soda together well.
Add undrained fruit cocktail and eggs. Pour into greased and floured pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. While still baking mix together topping.
