Fruit Cocktail Bars
Fruit Cocktail Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In mixing bowl, cream sugar and eggs.
Add fruit cocktail and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to cream mixture; mix well.
Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cake tests done.
Cool for 10 minutes.
