Fruit Cake for Diabetics(No Sugar)
Fruit Cake For Diabetics(No Sugar) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 c. raisins, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. liquid sweeta and 1 c. unsweetened applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook raisins in water until water disappears.
Add applesauce, eggs, Sweeta and oil.
Mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour into one large, greased loaf pan and two smaller ones.
(I use a tube pan.)
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
(Exchange for each 3 x 3-inch square: 1 bread and 1 fruit.)
