Fruit Cake Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter, 3 c. brown sugar, 4 tbsp. buttermilk, 4 eggs, well beaten and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add buttermilk and eggs.
Sift soda with 1/2 of flour and blend in.
Add all spices.
Add remaining flour to fruit and nuts and blend in.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 300Β° for 14 minutes.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
