Fruit Cake Cookies
Fruit Cake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. candied cherries, 2 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 lb. plus 2 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 lb. chopped pecans and 1 box confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix pecans, raisins and cherries.
Add coconut, sugar and crumbs.
Add melted butter and shape into balls.
Dip into 12 ounces chocolate morsels melted with 1/2 block paraffin in a double boiler.
Put on waxed paper until set.
Keeps for months in a tight container.
Makes approximately 90 cookies.
