Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 lb. butter, 3 1/2 c. flour and 2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter.
Add sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs.
Add spices, 1/2 of flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Mix remaining flour with pecans and fruit.
Mix all together.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 250Β° for 3 hours.
