Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shortening, 2 c. sugar, 8 eggs, 4 c. flour (i use self-rising; leave 2 cups out for fruit) and 2 boxes raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and 2 cups of flour in pan.
Set aside.
Then mix all fruit together; put in other 2 cups of flour and all the spices.
Mix well together.
Then mix all together in one big pan.
You can use tube pans or loaf pans.
It will take 2 tube pans or 4 loaf pans.
Cook at 350Β° for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
