Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp. sugar twin, 1/2 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda, grated orange peel and vanilla, 1 tbsp. water and 2/3 c. powdered skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put bread through blender to crumb.
Pour bread crumbs in bowl.
Stir in all the other ingredients.
Mix well.
Spoon into a 6 cup nonstick muffin tin.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 30 minutes.
This equals 2 breads, 2 milks and 2 fruits.
