Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 small jar apple jelly, 1/2 lb. butter and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, jelly, butter, orange juice and spices. Mix well.
Roll fruit, nuts and raisins in flour and add to egg mixture; mix well with hands.
Put in pans and bake at 300Β° for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
Use a toothpick to test for doneness.
