Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 4 c. sugar, 4 sticks butter, 12 eggs and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter until fluffy.
Add sugar, one cup at a time, add 12 eggs, one at a time, cream well after each addition.
Add baking powder and vanilla.
Add 5 cups of flour, one at a time, add milk and beat well.
Save 1 cup flour for fruit mixture.
Chop fruit and put into large bowl, add remaining 1 cup flour, mix well.
Pour batter over this mixture.
Line pans with foil and grease.
Use 2 tube pans or 1 tube pan and small pan.
Bake at 250Β° for 3 hours.
