Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 large eggs, beaten, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 lb. glazed pineapple and 3/4 lb. glazed cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
Baking powder together.
Chop nuts and fruit; mix some of the flour.
Fold flour into butter mixture; add flavorings and mix well.
Fold in nuts and fruit. Bake in greased tube pan.
Start in cool oven.
Bake at 275Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
