Fruit Bavarian
Fruit Bavarian is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1 c. low-fat yogurt (pineapple, strawberry or raspberry flavored) and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soak gelatin cup cold water. Drain the fruit well. Reserve cup of the juice, adding water, if necessary.
Heat. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
