Fruit Bars
Fruit Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tbsp. salt, 1 c. dark brown sugar and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Set oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9-inch square pan.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add sugar.
Combine margarine and eggs (in blender).
Stir into dry ingredients.
Add nuts, dates, coconut and raisins.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 16 bars.
Cut while hot.
