Fruit and Walnut Bread

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
In medium mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar and baking powder together.
In a smaller bowl, combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just to blended.
Add nuts, raisins and apricots.
Stir to blend and pour into loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until done.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool 15 minutes more on a rack.
Wrap in foil overnight before slicing.
