Frozen Waldorf Salad
Frozen Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. chopped apples and 2/3 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine pineapple juice, eggs and sugar in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
