Frozen Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, dash of salt and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Set pineapple aside.
In saucepan, combine juice, sugar, eggs and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-low heat until slightly thickened.
Remove and cool.
Stir in pineapple, celery, apples and pecans.
Fold in whipped cream.
