Frozen Strawberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 qt. frozen vanilla low-fat yogurt, melted, 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple and 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Let cool to room temperature.
Stir in yogurt and pineapple (do not drain pineapple).
Pour mixture into a 9-inch square pan and sprinkle with walnuts.
Cover and freeze 8 hours or until set.
Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
