Frozen Strawberry Jam
Frozen Strawberry Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced strawberries, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 2 pkg. sure-jell, 1 c. white karo syrup and 5 1/2 c. sugar (i use 4 c. sugar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix strawberries and lemon juice.
Stir in Sure-Jell a small amount at a time.
Beat hard by hand for 20 minutes.
Add syrup slowly, then add sugar slowly.
Let set 30 minutes.
Put in containers.
Freeze.
