Frozen Pistachio Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. cheap ice cream, softened, 1 c. milk, 2 pkg. pistachio pudding, 70 hi-ho or ritz cracker crumbs and melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs.
Press into pie plate like graham cracker crust.
Combine ice cream, milk and pudding mix at slow speed.
