Frozen Noel Salad
Frozen Noel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 c. canned sweet cherries, cut into eighths, 1 c. crushed, drained pineapple and 1 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften cream cheese; blend with mayonnaise.
Add cherries and remaining fruit and nuts.
Fold whipped cream into mixture.
Spoon into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Cover tightly; freeze.
To serve, unmold and slice.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
