Frozen Meatballs
Frozen Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs, 1 large egg, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet so they don't touch.
Freeze until hard, 3 hours or longer.
Quickly remove frozen meatballs and store in a plastic container or bag.
When ready to use, place frozen meatballs in oil and brown all over.
Transfer to crock-pot and cook with barbecue sauce (one bottle of Ken Davis is best) for 2 hours.
