Frozen Kahlua Cake
Frozen Kahlua Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, softened, 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. cocoa, 4 egg yolks and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add cocoa and egg yolks.
Dissolve soda and water and combine with coffee and 1/2 cup Kahlua.
Add to batter alternating with flour. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour batter in pan.
Run knife through batter to remove air bubbles.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β°.
Combine confectioners sugar and 1/2 of Kahlua.
Pour over warm cake; cover with foil and freeze.
