Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, 3 c. nondairy whipped topping and 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain and chop fruit.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until melted.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Freeze until firm (approximately 4 hours).
Unmold and slice.
Makes 12 servings.
