Frozen Fruit Salad
Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. broken pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sour cream with sugar; mix well.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Add pecans, cherries, pineapple and bananas.
Stir until evenly blended.
Turn into rectangular or square pan or muffin tins lined with fluted paper.
Place in freezer about 4 hours or until firm.
Remove about 5 minutes before serving.
