Frozen Fruit Cups
Frozen Fruit Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can sliced pineapple, 2 to 3 bananas, sliced, 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, semi-thawed and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain and dice peaches and pineapple.
Add bananas and strawberries.
Combine all fruit in large bowl.
Bring water to a boil; add sugar and boil until clear.
Pour over fruit.
Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
Fill with fruit mixture and freeze overnight.
Set out 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
