Frozen Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 to 3 tbsp. flour, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 c. pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a pan and cook on low heat until thickens. Cool.
Add the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, peaches, marshmallows and cherries.
Fold whipped cream into above.
Freeze or refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
