Frozen Cranberry Salad
Frozen Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. blender-made mayonnaise, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 3 to 4 drops red food color and 1 c. whipped cream or dessert topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix in blender at medium speed the first four ingredients and syrup from pineapple 30 seconds or until smooth.
Turn into bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix carefully.
Spoon into aluminum foil lined 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pan.
Freeze.
Unmold, slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups or 6 servings.
