Frozen Banana Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. very ripe mashed banana (about 3), juice from 1 lime, strained, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 pt. heavy cream and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine banana, lime juice and sugar and mix thoroughly. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream with the salt until it is very stiff.
Fold bananas into the cream and spread into a large shallow baking dish.
