Frozen Angel Food Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 oblong angel food cake, 1/2 pt. lime sherbet, 1/2 pt. lemon sherbet and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut cake into 3 layers.
Spread lime sherbet on bottom layer. Spread second layer with lemon sherbet.
Add third cake layer. Frost with whipping cream.
Freeze.
Remove 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Any sherbet flavors may be used.
Yields 12 servings.
