Frosty Orange Pie

Made with 1 prepared pie shell or 1 graham cracker pie shell (8-inch), 1 (3 oz.) box orange jello, 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, sliced, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. heavy cream or 2 c. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain oranges, saving juice; refrigerate.
Add enough water to the juice to make 1 cup.
Bring to boil.
Add jello; mix until dissolved.
Stir in the ice cream.
