Frosty Mandarin Jello Salad
Frosty Mandarin Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can mandarin orange sections, 2 c. boiling water, 1 pt. orange sherbet and 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. jell-o orange gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Oranges, measuring syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add measured liquid. Add sherbet spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened.
Fold in oranges, reserving a few for garnish. Pour into a serving
Chill until set.
Makes about 5 cups or 8 servings.
Recipe can be doubled.
