Frosty Crème De Menthe
Frosty Crème De Menthe is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. or 4 c. vanilla ice cream, softened, 1/2 c. crème de menthe, 1/4 c. irish cream liqueur and green layered mints, cut in 1/2 diagonally (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients except mints.
Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
Serve in champagne glasses. Top each with a mint triangle.
Makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
