Frosting Supreme
Frosting Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine milk and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Stir constantly.
Remove mixture from heat and cool.
Combine sugar, shortening, butter, vanilla, lemon extract and salt.
Add cornstarch mixture and cream until smooth. Frosts two 9 inch layers.
Excellent on angel food cake.
